Karen experienced first hand the home restoration and remodeling process while watching her father and brother, a local Builder, restore and remodel homes--including a historic West End Victorian. Through her involvement and observation of these projects, along with her commercial experience, Karen realized her interest in new construction and remodeling. Karen's other interests include running, triathlon, cooking, photography and spending time with her family. She is a 2 time Hawaii Ironman finisher, and competed at the World Triathlon Championship for Team USA in 1998 in Geneva, Switzerland. She has also run in 11 marathons and dozens of half Marathons. Needless to say, Karen has observed many neighborhoods from a different perspectiveùby foot or by bike.
